Setting an #intention. What do you want your practice to be in the SERVICE of? More compassion? More connection? More patience, purpose or presence? Different intentions are best served through different practices. For example, #metta, or loving kindness meditation for cultivating compassion – requires a very different intention, than meditating to reduce stress or focus better at work.
