I love the idea of stepping back and asking this question – especially in trigger moments – where saying the wrong thing, sending the wrong email, or acting up in the wrong way can derange your life, your reputation or your relationships in ways that are completely unhelpful.  (believe me, I’ve been there more often than most 🙂

A great read – with some practical ideas on staying centered (and sane) in an otherwise wonky world.
