🙂 The truth is, as anyone who learns to treat themselves with more care and compassion – the unadvertised benefit is you begin to treat others in your universe….friends, family, co-workers, clients and your extended “life” community….the exact same way. (with more care, compassion, curiosity and ultimately…..far more unconditional kindness) Well worth reading this if you’re concerned that being more #mindful, or #meditation, is something you only do for you. You don’t. You’re doing it for all of us
