One of the quotes we incorporate in our training that many people seem to resonate with is from Eckhart Tolle.
It’s a word play on the famous speech President John F Kennedy gave many years ago – where he shared the challenge to the country at large:
“Don’t ask what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country.”
In Tolle’s version – it’s –
“Don’t ask what you want from the “Universe.” Instead, ask what the Universe wants to do THROUGH you.”
Of course, lots of people blanche at the idea that the “Universe” wants anything from us at all – and I totally understand that intuition and occasional eye roll 🙂
But there IS in fact, another, empowering way to look at contribution – and your own unique skill set, in the service of all. Continue reading below – to join us for a short, impactful online workshop that will help you discover exactly what it is that will make you come alive – and feel empowered and inspired – to uncover that which the universe – could it speak – would ask of you right now.
Our favorite interpretation of the word “Dharma” is “Your personal role in the evolution of the Universe.” You don’t need to believe anything weird, “woo” or wonky to buy into the idea that there is something UNIQUE that you do with effortless ease – and that when you do YOU, in some very real sense, you are serving the world in a way, in this very moment, that is uniquely related to your specific gifts
