A beautiful illustrative overview of a 10 day Goenka meditation retreat, for those of you interested in learning how to do Vipassana mediation, in the Goenka tradition.  (which differs a little bit from the conventional way mindfulness is taught in many retreats and workshops in the US – mostly due to it’s highly structured format and focus on breath based concentration, (Annapana) body scan and “metta” (loving kindness) meditation – on the last of the 10 days.
